With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, I bring a deep understanding of both the technical and aesthetic aspects of building and renovation. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Architecture, I combine practical knowledge with a strong foundation in design principles. This unique skill set empowers me to deliver projects that are not only Architectural Stunning but also 100% ROI.

Over the past 25 years, I have managed a diverse range of projects, including:

  • Heavy Commercial in Los Angeles to San Francsico, Project ranging from the low $3MIL up $100MIL Hospital Projects.

  • New Home Builds, And Fire Re-builds

  • Lot Developments, including all infrastructure to additions on empty parcels

  • Home Remodels

  • Small ADU project

  • Commercial Tenant Improvements

  • And Construction Consultation as Owner Representative.

This extensive experience allows me to handle various project scales and complexities while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

APPROACH

Our philosophy centers on understanding client needs and fostering strong communication throughout the project lifecycle. Our preferred means of delivery is Cost Plus (fee or &). This allows for a solid relationship with our clients which is different than what most General Contracts prioritize, the hard bid where corners are cut to obtain a “job” based on a “low bid”. We don’t like to think that way, we don’t get “jobs” we cultivate a relationship. Our Design Build approach also allows for full transparency, ensuring that clients are informed and involved at every step, thereby building trust and satisfaction.
